Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Workday HCM Optimization Manager in the Washington, DC area to lead the optimization program, drive production support, assessments, and Phase X deployments. You will design solutions, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and ensure successful tenant optimizations.

You will lead sessions, capture requirements, and guide teams through build, testing, and demonstrations, with a focus on high customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday HCM or ERP experience in an HCM capacity.
• Experience delivering structured projects with a methodical approach.
• Strong written and oral communication with client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Optimization program for the Workday Practice, including production support and assessments.
• Design, build, and support testing of Workday modules for clients' tenants.
• Capture requirements and guide cross-functional teams to delivery.
• Present Workday demos and client sessions, driving customer satisfaction.
