Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Workday Recruiting/Learning/Talent Optimization Senior Consultant to drive transformations and optimize Workday tenants. You will manage the Optimization program for the Workday Practice and lead design and development of client solutions, focusing on post-production support and milestone deployments.

The role requires 3+ years Workday HCM/ERP experience in recruiting/learning/talent, or 1 year with a Master's; up to 25% travel; remote work options available.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 3+ years' Workday HCM or ERP experience in recruiting/learning/talent.
Master's degree with 1+ year experience in the same area.
Alternatively 7 years' Workday/HCM experience in an HCM capacity.

Responsibilities

Lead the Optimization program for the Workday Practice and related deployments.
Design and develop solutions for clients optimizing their Workday environments.
Provide production support and manage assessments and Phase X deployments.
