Job summary
Guidehouse is seeking a Workday HCM Optimization Manager to lead the optimization program for the Workday Practice, delivering solutions from assessment through deployment. You will design, build, and support initiatives that optimize client Workday environments and processes, while guiding a team of consultants and engaging with clients to ensure success.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of Workday HCM or ERP experience in an HCM capacity.
- Master's degree with 3+ years of Workday HCM or ERP experience in an HCM capacity.
- 3+ years of Workday work experience.
- Active Workday HCM certifications (HCM Core).
- Experience delivering projects in a structured methodology.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Optimization program for the Workday Practice, including production support, assessments and Phase X deployments.
- Design and develop solutions for customers optimizing their Workday tenant or Phase X deployments.
- Hands-on project work to streamline client processes and deliverables.
- Lead optimization sessions, capture requirements, build/configure solutions, and collaborate with other Workday consultants.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams about challenges and solutions.
