Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Workday HCM, Compensation, and Benefits Optimization Manager to lead the Optimization program for the Workday Practice. You will manage production support, assessments, and Phase X deployments, and design solutions for clients optimizing their Workday tenants.

The role requires 3+ years of Workday experience (or equivalent ERP experience), a degree as noted, and willingness to travel up to 25% with some remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of Workday HCM/Compensation/Benefits or other ERPs in HCM.
• Master's degree with 3+ years in Workday HCM or other ERPs in HCM.
• Alternative: 9 years of Workday HCM or ERP experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least 3 years of Workday experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and support work-from-home or Guidehouse office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Optimization program for the Workday Practice.
• Lead design and development of Workday optimization solutions for clients.
• Oversee production support, planned assessments, and Phase X deployments.
