Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Workday HCM Optimization Manager in the United States. You will manage the Optimization program within the Workday Practice, lead design and development of solutions, and work hands-on to streamline client processes across Phase X deployments.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Workday HCM or ERP, a current Workday HCM Core certification, and strong communication skills. Travel up to 25% and a hybrid work setup are expected, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years Workday HCM or ERP experience; or Master’s with 3 years in HCM, with degree substituted by experience
• Minimum 3 years of Workday experience
• Current Workday HCM Core certification
• Experience delivering projects within a structured methodology
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and oral communication; capable of client presentations and RFP responses

Responsibilities

• Deliver Workday solutions from assessment to transformation to optimize client Workday environments
• Lead design and development of solutions for tenant optimization or Phase X deployments
• Hands-on project support to streamline client processes
• Lead optimization sessions and capture requirements for creative Workday solutions
• Collaborate with Workday consultants and guide design, build, and testing of modules
• Communicate functional challenges and solutions to clients and internal teams
• Foster an innovative, collaborative culture to improve processes and assets
