Job summary

Nava Public Benefit Corp. is hiring a Workday Administrator to focus on Integrations, Studio, and the Projects module. You will own integrations, Studio development, and the Projects module to support Staffing and Program Management.

Ideal candidates have hands‑on Workday administration experience, HCM certification, and strong reporting skills within a governance framework. This is a remote, hourly, 1099 contractor role with a 6‑month duration and potential conversion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands‑on Workday administration experience.
• Workday certification in HCM.
• Demonstrated ability to build reports and configure Business Processes across multiple Workday modules.
• Experience with data loads (EIBs) and data migration.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to execute within an established architecture/governance framework, and elevate appropriately to the HCM Manager.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience with agile project methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure Business Processes (BPs), condition rules, and notifications within the HCM architecture.
• Administer Workday security changes, including roles and access reviews.
• Create and maintain reports, calculated fields, and dashboards for daily operations.
• Perform data audits, validation, and reconciliation across Workday and connected systems.
• Support data loads (EIBs) and mass data updates per standards.
• Monitor Workday releases and perform impact analysis, testing, and UAT coordination.
• Provide first-line technical support and end‑user training.
• Own day-to-day Workday incidents and service requests from intake to resolution.
