Job summary

Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Workday Administrator to own integrations, Studio, and the Projects module. You will translate architectural decisions into Workday configuration and ensure a reliable, audit-ready environment while proactively identifying data quality issues and process gaps.

The role emphasizes collaboration with HCM leadership, data governance, and ongoing improvements within a flexible remote-first setup. This 6-month contract offers potential conversion to direct hire.

Qualifications

3–5 years hands-on Workday administration experience.
Workday certification in HCM.
Ability to build reports and configure Business Processes across multiple Workday modules.
Experience with data loads (EIBs) and data migration.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to operate within an established architecture/governance framework and escalate as needed.
Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with agile project methodologies.

Responsibilities

Build and configure Workday Business Processes and security per standards.
Administer Workday security changes and perform access reviews.
Build reports, dashboards, and calculated fields for daily needs.
Perform data audits and reconcile Workday with connected systems.
Support data loads (EIBs) and mass data updates per standards.
Monitor Workday releases and perform impact analysis and testing.
Provide first-line technical support and end-user training.
Own day-to-day Workday incidents and service requests from intake to resolution.
Support audit requests related to Workday configuration.
