Job summary

Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Workday Administrator focused on Integrations, Studio, and Projects. You will own integrations, Studio development, and the Projects module, partnering with other Workday admins and the HCM Manager to keep the environment reliable and audit-ready.

This remote, contract-based role requires proactive data quality work, process improvement, and hands-on configuration across Workday. US-based candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday Studio and integration development experience.
• Certified in Workday HCM; ability to configure and report across modules.
• Knowledge of data loads (EIBs) and data migration best practices.
• Experience with API management and third-party integrations.
• Willingness to obtain/maintain government-clearance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Administer Workday security changes including roles and access.
• Build reports, dashboards, and calculated fields for operations.
• Support data loads (EIBs) and data updates per standards.
• Monitor releases; perform impact analysis and regression testing.
• Provide end-user training and handle incidents from intake to resolution.
• Maintain inbound/outbound Workday integrations (APIs, EIBs, Studio).
• Lead admin for Workday Projects module (Finance SKU).
• Identify improvements to data quality and processes.
