Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst for Workday Adaptive Planning. You will administer, model-build, and report on Adaptive Planning to enable enterprise budgeting, forecasting, and decision support.

You will partner with Finance, HR, IT and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable Adaptive models, dashboards, and reporting solutions that are secure, auditable, and sustainable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in admin, developer, model builder, reporting, or systems analyst roles for Adaptive Planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business; or equivalent experience.
• Experience building Adaptive Planning reports, dashboards, and management reporting.
• Experience with Adaptive OfficeConnect and managing integrations.
• Strong FP&A knowledge and budgeting/forecasting processes.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator and SME for config, maintenance and optimization.
• Own Adaptive Planning structures: models, dimensions, accounts, versions, sheets, rules and security.
• Translate requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations for budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Manage user access, roles, permissions, and data governance; monitor performance and data integrity.
• Maintain system documentation, procedures, and training materials; conduct user trainings.
• Design Adaptive models that balance flexibility with controls and maintainability.
• Develop reporting solutions for budgets, forecasts, actuals, variances, and workforce metrics.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR and IT to optimize data flows and integrations.
