Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst for Workday Adaptive Planning. You will administer, model-build, and report on the Adaptive Planning environment, partnering with Finance, HR, and IT to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.

You will optimize budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and workforce planning while ensuring data governance, security, and maintainability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in an administrator/developer/model builder/analyst role with Workday Adaptive Planning (3+ years on the system).
• Strong understanding of FP&A processes and planning workflows.
• Experience designing complex Adaptive Planning reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator and SME for day-to-day operations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations and reporting solutions.
• Maintain user access, security, data governance, and integrations with Workday modules.
• Design and build Adaptive Planning models and planning solutions for budgeting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Finance, HRIS, IT and other teams on complex integrations and data architectures.
• Provide training and documentation to users and stakeholders.
