Job summary

Aon is seeking an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Architect to lead the strategy, design, and hands-on delivery of enterprise planning across budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning.

You will partner with Finance, FP&A, and HR to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions, ensure data integrity, and optimize reporting, dashboards, and scenarios.

This role requires governance ownership and hands-on leadership in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on Adaptive Planning experience with key projects.
• 7+ years FP&A or enterprise planning platform exposure, 5+ years on Workday Adaptive Planning as architect/lead.
• Deep data modeling, system integration, and performance optimization in a large enterprise.
• Knowledge across adaptive modeling, workforce planning, OfficeConnect, reporting, security, and version management.
• Understanding of FP&A processes, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.

Responsibilities

• Define planning technology strategies for budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario analysis.
• Lead the design of scalable Adaptive Planning solutions with data integrity across the enterprise.
• Lead technical solutioning for major Adaptive Planning initiatives from discovery to deployment and support.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs and optimize processes for FP&A teams.
• Architect multidimensional planning models with dimensions, versions, and hierarchies for revenue and headcount planning.
• Oversee integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday Financials, ERP, data warehouses, and BI platforms.
• Manage security architecture, user provisioning, and access controls.
