Aon is seeking an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Architect to design and lead the enterprise planning platform across budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and scenario modeling. You will serve as design authority and hands-on technical lead for major FP&A initiatives and ensure data integrity across the organization.

You will partner with Finance, FP&A, and HR to deliver scalable planning models, integrations, and executive reporting.

Formación

• 7+ years of FP&A or enterprise planning platform experience, with 5+ years on Workday Adaptive Planning as architect/lead.
• Deep expertise in data modeling, system integration, and performance optimization in a complex enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of adaptive modeling, workforce planning, financial planning, reporting, and security administration.

Responsabilidades

• Implement planning platform vision, roadmap, governance, and lifecycle management for Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Lead design of complex, scalable Adaptive Planning solutions across budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs and architecture with opportunities for process improvement.
• Architect multidimensional planning models (dimensions, versions, hierarchies) for revenue, expense, and headcount.
• Provide hands-on support for production issues and serve as domain authority for planning architecture.
• Develop and maintain executive reporting solutions and governance standards for OfficeConnect reporting, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Architect and oversee integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday Financials, HCM, ERP, data warehouses, and BI platforms.
