Job summary

Aon Corporation seeks an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Architect to lead the architecture, roadmap, and implementation of the enterprise planning platform. This role combines design authority with hands-on leadership across budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and scenario modeling for FP&A and HR collaborations.

The candidate will own technical solutions from discovery to production support, ensure data integrity across the enterprise, and drive optimization of planning processes

Qualifications

• 7+ years in FP&A or enterprise planning platforms.
• 5+ years hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning experience as architect/lead/admin/consultant.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Workday Pro Adaptive Planning Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement vision, roadmap, governance, and lifecycle management of Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Lead design of complex Adaptive Planning solutions across budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and scenario analysis.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs and model architecture.
• Architect multidimensional planning models, dimensions, versions, and hierarchies.
• Configure and maintain Adaptive Planning models, sheets, formulas, and workflows.
• Develop executive reporting and governance for OfficeConnect dashboards and KPIs.
• Oversee integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and ERP, HCM, data warehouses, and BI platforms.
