Job summary

Aon plc seeks a Workday Adaptive Planning Architect to lead the design, integration, and deployment of enterprise planning solutions across budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and scenario modeling. You will partner with Finance, FP&A, and HR to ensure scalable, high-performance planning capabilities.

The role requires 7+ years in FP&A or enterprise planning with hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning experience, strong data modeling, and system integration skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A or enterprise planning platform experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement and govern Workday Adaptive Planning strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle.
• Lead design of scalable Adaptive Planning solutions ensuring data integrity across the enterprise.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership from discovery through deployment and postproduction support.
• Translate business requirements into architecture and optimize planning models.
