Job summary

Aon plc is seeking an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Architect to drive strategy, roadmap, and architecture of our enterprise planning platform. You will lead the technical solutioning for major FP&A initiatives, collaborate with Finance, FP&A, and HR, and support production issues to minimize disruption.

You will design complex Adaptive Planning models, oversee integrations with Workday Financials, ERP, and BI systems, and guide governance, security, and AI-enabled planning capabilities

Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A/enterprise planning experience.
• Hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning experience as architect/lead.
• Strong data modeling, system integration, and performance optimization skills.
• Excel and financial modeling expertise; knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of the Workday Adaptive Planning architecture.
• Define planning technology strategy to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
• Oversee data integrity and seamless information flow across the enterprise.
• Configure models, sheets, assumptions, dimensions, and workflows for performance.
