Job summary

Aon Corporation is seeking an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Architect to drive strategy, roadmap, and architecture for our planning platform. You will lead the technical solutioning for FP&A initiatives from discovery through implementation and support, shaping budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.

Qualifications

• 7+ years FP&A or enterprise planning experience with 5+ years in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Deep data modeling, system integration, and performance optimization in a large enterprise.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, workforce planning, and scenario analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of complex Adaptive Planning solutions and ensure data integrity.
• Architect multidimensional planning models with dimensions, versions, and hierarchies.
• Manage integrations with Workday Financials/HCM, ERP, and data warehouses.
• Oversee security, provisioning, and governance for planning platforms.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and roadmaps.
