Job summary

Aon Corporation in the United States is seeking an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Architect to shape strategy, roadmap, and architecture for budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and scenario modeling. You will lead design and hands-on implementation across FP&A initiatives and collaborate with finance, HR, and IT teams.

You will drive data modeling, integrations, and governance while ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance planning solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, EPM, or enterprise planning platforms.
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning experience as architect/lead/admin/consultant.
• Proven data modeling, system integration, and performance optimization in a complex enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Implement the vision, roadmap, and governance of the Workday Adaptive Planning platform for budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and scenario analysis.
• Lead design of scalable Adaptive Planning solutions with data integrity and enterprise-wide information flow.
• Lead technical solutioning for major Adaptive Planning initiatives from discovery to postproduction support.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and model architecture; improve processes and tool optimization.
• Architect multidimensional planning models (dimensions, versions, hierarchies) for revenue, expenses, and headcount planning.
• Manage security architecture, user provisioning, and access controls.
• Oversee integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning, Workday Financials, ERP, data warehouses, payroll, and BI platforms.
