Job summary

Accenture is hiring a Workday Adaptive Insights Lead to partner with clients and drive end-to-end Workday Adaptive initiatives. You will gather requirements, design solutions, prototyping, and lead workshops to educate stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on Workday Adaptive experience, consulting expertise, and a track record of leading complex deployments. Travel may be required, reflecting a global client footprint.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands on Workday Adaptive experience
• Minimum of 3 years of US and/or Global Adaptive Operations experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures
• Lead workshops for client education
• Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements
• Lead in architecting Workday Adaptive Insights solutions to ensure cross functional cohesion and mitigation of impacts
• Demonstrate design options through prototyping
• Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies
