Accenture is seeking a Workday Functional Lead to guide HCM workstreams for clients, architect integrated Workday HCM solutions, and drive business outcomes across planning, budgeting, and reporting. Travel may be required, and leadership across workshops and teams is essential.

The role emphasizes collaboration with HR and Finance leaders, leveraging Workday expertise and Accenture methodologies to deliver cloud-based data-reporting operations for multiple clients.

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting or client-side experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level role
• Minimum of 3 years of working of HCM Functional experience
• Minimum of 3 years of Workday Implementations
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures
• Architect Workday the entire HCM solution to ensure cohesive work streams and cross-functional impacts
• Formulate planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting strategies
• Architect statements of work and/or client proposals
• Architect and manage vendor relationships
• Lead workshops for client education
• Manage resources and budget on client projects
• Serve as the escalation point for critical functional issue resolution
• Provide subject matter expertise to aid in decision making related to the functional solution
• Lead, mentor, counsel and manage performance metrics of project staff
• Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices
