Accenture is seeking a Workday Functional Lead to guide HCM-focused workstreams for cloud-based data reporting, finance, analytics, planning, and HR. The role involves leading teams, designing processes, and overseeing budget and vendor relationships across Workday deployments.

You will work with a market-leading team, driving industry best practices, educating clients, and delivering complex Workday solutions with a focus on leadership and advisory excellence. Travel may be required.

Competenze

• Workday Partner Certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting or client-side experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level role.
• Minimum of 3 years of working of HCM Functional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of Workday Implementations.

Mansioni

• Manage teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.
• Architect Workday the entire HCM solution to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated.
• Formulate planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting strategies.
• Architect statements of work and/or client proposals.
• Architect and manage vendor relationships.
• Lead workshops for client education.
• Manage resources and budget on client projects.
• Serve as the escalation point for critical functional issue resolution.
• Provide subject matter expertise to aid in decision making related to the functional solution.
• Lead, mentor, counsel and manage performance metrics of project staff.

Formazione

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.
