Job summary

Accenture seeks a Workday Financials Manager - FDM/Accounting to lead advisory delivery of payroll, cloud-based HR and financial management solutions for our clients. You will shape requirements, design, prototyping, and oversee project workstreams from planning through go-live.

In this role you’ll mentor teams, manage budgets, drive client education sessions, and advocate Workday best practices while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders. Travel may be required (0–100%).

Qualifications

• Workday Financials Partner Certification is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of consulting experience in a Lead role.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands on Workday Financials experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of US and/or Global Financials Operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Manage teams in requirements gathering, design, prototyping, testing and training.
• Develop project plans, budgets, forecasting and reporting strategies.
• Develop statements of work and client proposals.
• Develop and manage vendor relationships.
• Lead workshops for client education and manage project resources and budgets.
• Serve as escalation point for functional issues and provide SME guidance.
• Mentor and manage performance metrics of project staff.
• Architect Workday Financials to ensure cohesive cross-functional impacts.
• Advise clients on industry standards and best practices.
