Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Financials P2P/S2P Lead to partner with clients to design, configure and deploy Workday solutions across P2P and S2P processes.

You will lead workshops, gather requirements, prototype options, and ensure cross-functional alignment while applying Accenture and Workday methodologies. Travel 0–100% may be required and a Workday Partner Certification is preferred. You will mentor teams, advise clients on industry standards, and help lead global engagements.

Qualifications

• Workday Financials Partner Certification
• 3+ years of consulting experience in a Consultant or similar role
• 3+ years of hands-on Workday Financials P2P or S2P experience
• 3+ years of US and/or Global Financials Operations experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience

Responsibilities

• Identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures
• Lead workshops for client education
• Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements
• Support the Financials Lead in architecting Workday P2P/S2P solutions to ensure cohesive work streams
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices
• Demonstrate design options through prototyping
• Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies
