Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Functional Lead to join our advisory team focused on cloud-based data reporting that integrates finance, analytics, planning, and HR. You will guide Workday HCM design, architect cohesive cross-functional solutions, and lead client workshops on planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

You’ll work with a global team delivering transformative Workday deployments, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of consulting or client-side experience in a Lead or similar role.
• Minimum of 3 years of working of HCM Functional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of Workday Implementations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.
• Architect Workday the entire HCM solution to ensure cohesive cross-functional impacts.
• Formulate planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting strategies.
• Lead workshops for client education.
• Manage resources and budget on client projects.
• Provide subject matter expertise to aid in decision making related to the functional solution.
