Job summary

Accenture, a global professional services company, is seeking a Workday Functional Lead. You will join a team of advisory professionals focused on cloud-based data reporting that integrates finance, analytics, planning and HR.

As a Workday HCM/Talent Architect, you’ll guide workshops, design cohesive Workday HCM solutions, manage budgets, mentor staff, and lead client engagements while delivering industry-leading methods and assets.

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification required.
• 3+ years of consulting or client-side experience in a Lead role.
• 3+ years of HCM functional experience.
• 3+ years of Workday implementations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; secondary degree acceptable with experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage teams in gathering business requirements, design, prototyping, testing and training.
• Architect Workday HCM end-to-end, ensuring cross-functional coherence.
• Define planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting strategies.
• Lead client workshops and mentor project staff.
• Provide SME guidance for functional decision making.
