Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Adaptive Insights Lead to partner with clients, driving transformations and payroll/financial cloud solutions. You will design, prototype, and implement integrated Workday Adaptive Insights deployments across multiple streams, ensuring cohesive, cross-functional impacts.

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years consulting experience, lead or equivalent role, preferably with a large firm.
• Minimum of 3 years hands-on Workday Adaptive experience.
• Minimum of 3 years US and/or Global Adaptive Operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements and design Workday Adaptive Insights solutions.
• Lead workshops for client education and gather requirements.
• Architect and align work streams; apply industry standards and best practices.
• Demonstrate design options through prototyping and use of Workday methodologies.
