Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification required.
• 3+ years consulting in a Lead or similar role; with a large firm preferred.
• 3+ years hands-on Workday Adaptive experience.
• 3+ years US/global Adaptive Operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12+ years of work exp) or associates with 6+ years.

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements and perform design, prototyping and testing.
• Lead client workshops and education sessions.
• Gather, analyze and document business requirements; ensure cohesive cross-functional impact.
• Advise on Workday and Accenture methodologies and design options.
• Demonstrate design options through prototyping and scenarios.
