What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, providing problem resolution in line with service standards
- Resolve basic payment and account-related requests, including card activations and updates
- Enter required data into client systems and databases while maintaining accuracy
- Analyze customer service needs and escalate unresolved issues to senior representatives
- Build knowledge of products, policies, and procedures for assigned clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 12 months of recent contact center or work-from-home experience
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
- Ability to work mid-shift to late, including weekends
- Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship
