What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, providing problem resolution in accordance with service standards
- Resolve basic payment and account-related requests, including card activations and address updates
- Enter required data into client systems and databases efficiently
- Analyze customer service needs and communicate them to service and technical departments when necessary
- Build knowledge of products, policies, and procedures for assigned clients through training and online manuals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 12 months of recent contact center or Work from Home experience
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Openness to a work schedule that may include mid to late shifts and weekends
- Must complete a Background check, including criminal and credit checks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong ability to acquire and apply job skills while learning company policies and procedures
- Experience in routine to semi-routine assignments with limited decision-making responsibilities
- Familiarity with basic user-friendly Graphic User Interface (GUI) systems
