What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, providing problem resolution in line with service standards
- Resolve basic payment and account-related requests, including card activations and address updates
- Build foundational knowledge of products, policies, and procedures for assigned clients
- Utilize decision trees to determine reasons for customer issues and escalate unresolved matters
- Enter required data into client systems and maintain accurate records
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 12 months of recent contact center or work-from-home experience
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
- Open to a flexible work schedule that may include mid to late shifts and weekends
- Completion of a background check including criminal, credit, and employment verification
