What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone to provide problem resolution in accordance with service standards
- Resolve basic payment and account-related requests, including card activations and updates
- Enter required data into client systems and databases while maintaining knowledge of products and services
- Utilize decision trees to determine customer issues and escalate unresolved grievances as necessary
- Refer to online manuals and specific client training for resolution of cardholder inquiries

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 12 months of recent contact center or work-from-home contact experience
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
- Open to a flexible work schedule, including mid to late shifts and weekends
- Ability to pass a background check, including criminal and credit checks
