What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, providing problem resolution in accordance with service standards
- Resolve basic payment and account-related requests, including card activations and updates
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the employer's products and services
- Analyze customer service needs and communicate them to relevant departments
- Enter required data into client systems and databases, utilizing established processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 12 months of recent contact center or remote work experience
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
- Open to a work schedule that may include mid shifts and weekends
- Completion of a background check, including criminal and credit checks
