What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 12 months of recent contact center or work-from-home experience
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
- Open to a work schedule that may include mid to late shifts and weekends
- Completion of a background check, including criminal and credit checks
