What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, providing problem resolution in line with service standards
- Resolve basic payment and account-related requests, including card activations and updates for cardholders
- Enter required data into client-provided systems and databases
- Escalate unresolved customer grievances to more experienced representatives or designated departments
- Build knowledge of products, policies, and procedures through training and online manuals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 12 months of recent contact center or work-from-home experience
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
- Open to a work schedule that may include mid to late shifts and weekends
- Completion of a background check, including criminal and credit checks
