Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics seeks a WMS SuperUser Supervisor to manage the efficient transmission and storage of information across networks and databases. You will install, maintain, and support facilities computer systems, lead data analysis, and ensure systems meet user needs and performance targets.

The role requires hands-on experience with WMS, RF/gun technologies, and IT infrastructure, with responsibilities including training, hiring, and driving process improvements across site

Qualifications

• Experience supporting client systems solutions for users.
• Ability to develop tracking tools for service requests and resolutions.
• Experience with WMS, RF guns, and networked systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary support for client systems solutions and maintain system availability.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance management for operations staff.
• Coordinate with IT to implement, maintain, and improve internal systems and data reporting.
• Produce regular daily/weekly/monthly system reports and ensure SOPs are current.
