Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a WMS SuperUser Supervisor to oversee IT systems, data analytics, and labor planning for warehouse operations. You will manage installation, maintenance, and updates of networked systems, support SAP/WMS, and coordinate with corporate IT to resolve issues.

The role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, experience with WMS systems, UNIX, RF/RDTs, and a hands-on approach to training staff and driving continuous improvement in site operations.

Qualifications

• Mid to senior MS Office skills.
• 2nd item
• Experience managing IT infrastructure and systems.
• Experience with Red Prairie, RF/RDTs, UNIX and WMS.
• Wi‑Fi and RF systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary support for client systems and users.
• Develop and maintain tracking tools for service requests by location.
• Coordinate with IT to resolve complex issues and implement improvements.
• Train staff on WMS, RF guns, and SOPs.
• Produce regular performance and usage reports.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies.
