Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in New Johnsonville, TN is seeking a Supervisor - WMS Superuser to manage the transmission and analysis of information across our warehouse systems and networks. You will install, maintain and support the facilities computer systems and ensure availability for users.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting WMS and ERP systems in a distribution environment.
• Strong IT skills with Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with Red Prairie, RF/RDTs, UNIX and WMS applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary IT support for client systems at the site.
• Maintain and update WMS and SAP related modules and hardware.
• Monitor networks and ensure system availability for users.
• Provide on-call support outside regular hours when needed.
• Train staff on SOPs, WMS, RF guns and office software.
