Job summary

DSV is seeking a WMS SuperUser Supervisor to ensure efficient transmission and analysis of information across warehouse systems. The role focuses on maintaining and updating networked computer systems, supporting SAP applications, and training staff in WMS and RF gun use.

The supervisor will manage performance, scheduling, and reporting while coordinating with corporate IT and operations to optimize data storage, retrieval, and overall system reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Familiarity with SAP applications.
• Knowledge of RF gun hardware and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong communication and data reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary IT support for the client’s systems across locations.
• Develop tools to track support requests by site and resource.
• Collaborate with IT and project teams to implement and improve internal systems.
• Maintain site computer systems ensuring network and software work together.
• Generate regular daily, weekly, and monthly reports on system usage and performance.
• Train associates on updated SOPs, WMS, RF guns, and Microsoft Office.
