Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in computer-related field or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; 3-5 years preferred.
• Experience dealing with end users, vendors, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary IT support for the user community across locations.
• Develops and maintains tracking tools for support requests and resolutions.
• Collaborates with SAP/WMS teams to implement and test solutions.
• Maintains site computer systems and coordinates system changes.
• Produces regular daily, weekly and monthly reports and training.
