Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Mesa, USA, is seeking a System Specialist (WMS Super User) to install, maintain, and support the facility's computer systems, ensuring reliable data transmission and system uptime. The role includes data analysis, reporting, and SOP adherence.

You will train associates on SOPs, Microsoft Office, WMS programs, RF guns, and coordinate with IT for upgrades and problem resolution, while ensuring secure, efficient operations across the WMS-Red Prairie

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a computer-related field or 2-year degree with relevant experience is basic requirement.
• Minimum of 2 years of job-related/relevant experience.
• End-to-end understanding of the BI environment and data handling is preferred.
• Experience dealing with end users, vendors, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary IT support for client systems and ensure system availability.
• Develop and maintain tools for tracking service requests by location and resource.
• Collaborate with IT to store, analyze, and present data effectively.
• Produce regular daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
