Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a WMS Super User to ensure efficient data storage and information flow across networks and databases. You will install, maintain, and support facility computer systems and provide on-call system support as needed.

The role emphasizes data evaluation, user needs assessment, and determining system and network requirements. Strong IT and warehouse experience are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a computer-related field or a 2-year degree with relevant experience (required).
• 3–5 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with BI and data analysis within warehouse/logistics environments.
• Experience dealing with end users, vendors, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary support for client systems and user community.
• Develop and maintain tracking tools for service requests by location.
• Collaborate with IT and operations to store, analyze, and present data.
• Test and coordinate system modifications; troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain communication with corporate IT and operations staff.
• Produce regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on system status.
