Job summary

DSV is seeking a WMS Super User in Aurora, IL to ensure efficient transmission and analysis of information across computer networks, databases, and WMS platforms. You will install, maintain, and update systems, troubleshoot issues, and generate regular performance reports for site management.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, strong Microsoft Office and UNIX skills, and the ability to train staff on WMS programs and RF devices.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in computer-related field or two-year degree with relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of job-related/relevant experience; 3–5 years preferred.
• Experience dealing with end users, vendors, and clients.
• Familiarity with BI environments and data analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Primary support of the client’s systems solutions for the user community.
• Develops and maintains tracking tools for support service requests and resolutions by location and resource.
• Collaborates with IT to store, organize, analyze, use, and present data and to generate regular reports.
• Maintains RF SOPs and trains associates on updated procedures and tools.
• Ensures site computer systems and networks operate reliably and securely.
