Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics seeks a WMS Super User to manage and support client systems, maintain data, and analyze networked information. You will install, update, and troubleshoot systems, provide on-call support, and generate regular performance reports.

The role requires experience with WMS like Red Prairie, UNIX, and RF technologies, plus strong communication with management and users. On-site operations in Dallas with potential after-hours support.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a computer related field or 2-year degree and relevant experience is basic requirement
• Minimum of 2 years of job related/relevant experience
• 3–5 years of experience is preferred
• Experience dealing with end users, vendors, and clients
• End to end understanding of BI env and components to run BI

Responsibilities

• Provide primary IT support for the client’s systems across locations
• Develop and maintain tracking tools for support requests
• Collaborate with IT and operations to improve internal systems
• Ensure system reliability and data reporting
