Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Aurora, IL is seeking a WMS Super User to ensure efficient transmission of information and reliable storage and analysis across networks and databases, supporting the Red Prairie and SAP environments.

This role involves installing, maintaining, updating, troubleshooting, training staff on SOPs, and coordinating with corporate IT to keep systems available and secure, with on-call responsibilities outside normal hours.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a computer related field or 2-year degree with relevant experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of job related/relevant experience; 3–5 years preferred.
• End to end understanding of BI components and data analysis in a WMS environment.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary support of the client’s systems solutions for the user community.
• Maintains and updates tracking tools for support service requests.
• Responds to inquiries about WMS-Red Prairie and other related IT issues.
• Trains associates on updated SOPs, Microsoft Office, WMS programs, and RF guns.

Education

Four-year degree in Computer related field

2-year degree with relevant experience
