Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a computer-related field or two-year degree with relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar IT/support role; 3–5 years preferred.
• Experience with BI data, end-user support, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary support for client systems and user community.
• Develop and maintain tracking tools for service requests by location and resource.
• Coordinate with experts for complex issues beyond WMS-Red Prairie and SAP usage.
• Test, deploy, and maintain IT systems and assist with project teams.
• Produce regular reports and ensure SOPs are current.
