Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Junior WMS Super User to oversee WMS issues, troubleshoot and maintain the warehouse management system, and coordinate with IT on unresolved incidents. The role involves setting up RF devices and printers, performing UAT testing, and communicating risks to management.

You will work within the Solutions division at Riverside, CA, engaging with client and operations teams to improve warehouse processes and EDI workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a computer related field or 2-year degree with relevant experience
• 1 year of job related/relevant experience minimum
• End-to-end BI environment understanding

Responsibilities

• Oversee WMS issues affecting DSV Operations or Client Operations
• Troubleshoot and maintain the facilities WMS, open incidents with IT for unresolved issues
• Set up RF and printers in WMS; communicate risks to Management
