Job summary

Qualifications

Four-year degree in computer field or 2-year degree with relevant experience.
Minimum 2 years of job-related experience; 3-5 preferred.
Experience dealing with end users, vendors and clients.
End-to-end understanding of BI environments and components.

Responsibilities

Provide primary support for client systems and user community.
Develop and maintain tracking tools for support requests by location.
Coordinate with IT to implement, maintain and improve internal systems.
Ensure site computer systems, network, and software work together smoothly.
Produce regular daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Maintain current RF SOPs and train associates on updated SOPs and WMS.
