Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in Goodyear, AZ seeks a Systems Specialist, WMS Superuser to ensure reliable operation of the WMS and related systems. You will install, maintain, and support facility computer systems, analyze performance, and ensure system availability for users.

The role involves collaborating with IT and operations, training associates on updated SOPs and WMS, generating regular reports, and supporting system optimization projects.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a computer-related field or two-year degree with relevant experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of job-related/relevant experience.
• 3–5 years of experience preferred.
• Experience dealing with end users, vendors, and clients.
• End-to-end understanding of BI components and environment.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary support of the client’s systems solutions for the user community.
• Develops and maintains tracking tools for support service requests and resolutions by location and resource.
• Engages appropriate expert resources when complex issues arise outside WMS/ SAP.
• Works with project teams to implement, maintain, and improve internal systems.
• Ensures company assets are maintained responsibly.
• Produces regular reports daily, weekly, and monthly.
