Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. in Hawaii seeks a Mobile Associate to engage customers, demonstrate technology and service plans, and help shoppers throughout their journey.

You will build product knowledge, use digital tools, train on retail processes, and collaborate with team to deliver a seamless experience. Minimum high school diploma; 6 months retail customer service or sales preferred; eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• 18+ years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
