Job summary

Luna Wireless in Miami is a leading T-Mobile retailer seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Manager, develop the team, and deliver strong customer experiences.

You will mentor Mobile Associates, meet monthly targets, stay current on products and promotions, and contribute to a high-energy, inclusive store culture with room for advancement.

This role requires 1 year of customer service or sales experience and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results.
• Outstanding communicator with ability to interact with teammates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Orient and ground Mobile Assistants to a standard of Loving Our Customers.
• Ensure customer needs are met and keep experiences simple and confident.
• Observe and coach Mobile Associates through feedback and training.
• Manage wait times and stay current on products, services, promotions.
• Lead by example and ensure monthly training milestones are met.
• Maintain store environment and execute visual displays and procedures.
• Ensure team knowledge of store systems and communications.
