Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results.
• Outstanding communicator with ability to interact with teammates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team to deliver T-Mobile aspirations.
• Ensure customer needs are met and experience is simple and confident.
• Provide coaching based on observations of Mobile Associates.
